I am a Product Designer dedicated to the idea that design is a measurable business strategy. Throughout my career, I’ve been fascinated by how we can translate massive amounts of data into simple, effortless user actions.

Currently, I am based in Berlin, focusing on the retail-tech ecosystem. I specialize in designing the internal tools and complex operational workflows that power digital marketing for major European retailers. My work is centered on making the complex feel simple; ensuring that large-scale internal systems are efficient, intuitive, and capable of serving millions of end-users with precision.

Global market perspective
My approach is shaped by years of navigating unique market frictions across Europe, South America and South Asia.

Whether I was reducing a 70% abandonment rate for a brokerage onboarding or using A/B testing to optimize global voucher usage, I learned that local context is everything. This international path has made me an expert in Service Blueprinting, Stakeholder Alignment, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
